Sunday Harvest Dinner with Chef Kristen Essig | November 12th, 3pm - 7pm
Surprise! We’re adding another Sunday Harvest Dinner to our 2023 roster on Sunday, November 12th. The dinner will be hosted and prepared by Stonewood’s very own award-winning Culinary Director, Kristen Essig. In addition to her work at Stonewood, Kristen is the Executive Chef at Dauphine’s, a New Orleans-inspired restaurant in Washington, D.C. For those of you who don’t know Kristen, please click here to read more about her.
For November’s dinner, Chef Kristen will create a transportive experience inspired by her time in New Orleans. In addition to some southern specialties, the menu will highlight the best of fall in the Hudson Valley, from local meat and dairy to Stonewood’s winter squash, beets, carrots, and high tunnel lettuce. And to add to this one-of-a-kind experience, Joy Razo, the pastry chef at Dauphine’s, will join us and prepare a very special dessert course for the evening. As always, the meal will be accompanied by a thoughtful pairing of wines.
To make a donation and reserve a place at the November 12th dinner, please select the number of seats you’d like and then click the DONATE button. We ask that you read and accept the “fine print” at checkout.
We will attempt to accommodate special dietary requests related to the eight common allergens - gluten/wheat, milk/dairy, egg, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, finfish and shellfish - provided that you email us at chef@stonewoodny.org at least two weeks in advance of the event. Please include your phone number in the email so that we may call you to discuss the options we can offer.
